1. Introduction
Welcome to Buzzblender! By using our platform, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.
2. Use of Our Services
Buzzblender provides a range of digital services for content aggregation and user engagement. Our services are made available on a subscription basis, and the features, availability, and pricing may change periodically.
We reserve the right to temporarily restrict or permanently block an account if we determine that multiple accounts have been registered using the same device or device identifier (Device ID) in order to circumvent subscription or payment requirements.
3. Personal Data and Privacy
Buzzblender respects the privacy of our users; however, we are not responsible for the collection, use, or handling of any personal data you may provide or that may be collected automatically through your use of our service. Users are solely responsible for safeguarding their data and ensuring it is handled responsibly. By using Buzzblender, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these terms regarding data responsibility.
To prevent abuse and circumvention of subscription terms, we may collect and analyze technical device identifiers (such as Device ID) and reserve the right to restrict or block accounts registered from the same device.
4. Subscription Model
Buzzblender operates on a subscription-based model, offering specific features and functionalities accessible exclusively to subscribers. Currently, some users may have free access to certain features. However, Buzzblender reserves the right to change or discontinue free access at any time and may transition these users to a subscription model. If you are using Buzzblender for free, please be aware that your continued access to certain features or the platform as a whole may be subject to future subscription requirements.
All subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Buzzblender may also adjust pricing, features, and subscription plans periodically, with notice provided to existing subscribers where possible.
5. Changes to Terms
Buzzblender may revise or update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the beginning of this document and make an effort to notify users of significant changes. It is the responsibility of the user to review these Terms periodically for any updates. Continued use of the service after any changes implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Buzzblender is provided on an “as-is” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Buzzblender, its affiliates, or any parties associated with us be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use or inability to use the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in UAE to resolve any disputes arising out of these Terms or the use of Buzzblender.

Buzzblender is not responsible for any content uploaded to the platform by users. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their uploaded content complies with all applicable laws and does not infringe upon the rights of any third party. By using Buzzblender, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your content.
12. Marketing Use Consent
Buzzblender reserves the right to use the company’s logo, website, and name, as well as the name of the company’s representative, for marketing and promotional purposes. This may include, but is not limited to, showcasing partnerships, case studies, testimonials, and promotional materials across digital and print platforms.
13. User-Uploaded Content, HTML, and Prohibited Uses
13.1 User Responsibility for Content
Buzzblender is a digital signage platform that allows users to upload and schedule content, including videos, images, and HTML pages, for display on their devices. You are solely responsible for all content you upload, store, or display through the platform (“User Content”). You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to use, display, and distribute such User Content via Buzzblender.
13.2 Prohibited Content and Uses
You agree not to use Buzzblender to upload, store, distribute, or display any content that:
(a) infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property or proprietary right;
(b) is defamatory, obscene, abusive, harassing, threatening, or otherwise unlawful;
(c) promotes or incites violence, terrorism, extremism, hate, or discrimination based on race, religion, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics;
(d) contains malware, viruses, scripts, or code designed to damage, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to any system, device, or data;
(e) is intended to circumvent any technical, legal, or contractual restrictions, including using Buzzblender as a file-sharing or file-hosting service unrelated to digital signage display;
(f) violates any applicable law, regulation, or court order in any jurisdiction where you or your devices are located.
13.3 HTML and Scripted Content
Buzzblender permits the upload of HTML and related web content for display on screens under your control. You are solely responsible for any HTML, JavaScript, CSS, or third-party resources included in such content. You may not use HTML or scripts to:
(a) collect, transmit, or process personal data without appropriate legal grounds and user consent;
(b) redirect users to malicious or deceptive websites;
(c) execute code that interacts with other applications, devices, or networks beyond the scope of the Buzzblender player;
(d) bypass or interfere with Buzzblender’s security, licensing, or usage controls.
Buzzblender may apply technical restrictions (e.g., sandboxing, content security policies, tag filtering) to user-uploaded HTML to protect the platform and other users. You acknowledge that such restrictions may affect how your HTML content is rendered.
13.4 Right to Remove Content and Suspend Accounts
Buzzblender does not pre-screen or monitor User Content, but we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to:
(a) remove, disable access to, or refuse any User Content that we believe violates these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of third parties;
(b) suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform if you repeatedly or seriously breach these Terms, including by uploading prohibited or illegal content.
We may act without prior notice where we reasonably believe that content is illegal, harmful, or poses a risk to Buzzblender, our users, or third parties.
13.5 Notice and Takedown Procedure
If you believe that any content on Buzzblender infringes your rights or violates applicable law, please notify us at signup@buzzblender.com with the following information:
(a) your name and contact details;
(b) identification of the allegedly infringing or unlawful content (e.g., URL, account, description);
(c) a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the content is not authorized by law or the rights holder;
(d) a statement that the information in your notice is accurate.
Upon receiving a valid notice, Buzzblender will review and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the content in accordance with applicable laws.
13.6 Logging and Cooperation with Authorities
Buzzblender may log information about uploaded content, including uploader identity, timestamps, and associated devices, to operate, secure, and improve the platform and to comply with legal obligations. We may disclose such information to law enforcement, regulators, or rights holders where required by law or in response to valid legal process.
13.7 Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Buzzblender, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
(a) your User Content;
(b) your use of the platform in violation of these Terms;
(c) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
13.8 No Endorsement; Limitation of Liability for User Content
Buzzblender does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for any User Content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buzzblender disclaims any liability for claims arising from or related to User Content uploaded or displayed by users, including any errors, omissions, or illegal material contained therein. This section does not limit liability that cannot be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
